These terms apply to every order placed on clear-bridge.store. Placing an order means you accept them. Read them with the shipping policy, the return policy and the privacy policy, which are part of these terms.
1. Who you are buying from
Clearbridge Commerce LLC, 420 SW 7th St Ste 1015, Miami, FL 33130, United States. Trading as Clearbridge. We design and build solid teak furniture in our own workshop in Gianyar, Bali and sell it direct. There is no reseller, no distributor and no showroom.

2. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we send you an order confirmation with an order number. Until then we may decline an order, for example if a price is wrong, if the address is outside the 48 contiguous states, or if we cannot verify the payment.
Your confirmation lists the SKU code for the exact finish and size you chose, for example CB-01-NAT-84. Check it. That code is what the workshop builds from.
3. Prices, tax and currency
All prices are in United States dollars. The price shown on a product page is the final price of that piece in that finish and that size, and sales tax is included in it.
Freight is not included in the price. It is charged per freight piece, shown as its own line in the cart, and shown again on the checkout screen before you place the order. Nothing else is added. There is no handling fee, no fuel surcharge and nothing to pay at the door.
We may change prices at any time. A change never applies to an order we have already confirmed.
4. Made to order
We hold no stock. Every piece is built after you order it and ships in 6 to 9 weeks. That window covers selection, conditioning, cutting, joinery, sanding, oiling, crating and transport.
If a build is going to run past nine weeks we tell you, and you may cancel for a full refund at that point.
5. Cancelling
You may cancel free of charge until we cut your teak. After that the wood has been selected and machined to your size and finish, so a cancellation becomes a return under the return policy once the piece is delivered. Email us as soon as you want to stop an order and we will tell you exactly where it stands.
6. Shipping, title and risk
We ship to street addresses in the 48 contiguous states. Not Alaska, not Hawaii, not Puerto Rico, not Canada, and not APO or FPO addresses.
Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. Freight shipments are delivered to the curb. Details are in the shipping policy.
7. Returns
Thirty days from delivery, unused and in the original crate. On freight shipments the return transport is paid by the buyer. The full policy is on the returns page.
8. Warranty
Ten years on construction, to the original buyer. What is covered and what is not is set out on the returns and warranty page. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable state law that cannot be limited.
9. Wood, photography and variation
Teak is a natural material. Grain, mineral streaks and color vary from board to board and from piece to piece, and every piece darkens as it settles indoors. Photography on this site shows real pieces, and your piece will not be an exact match to a photograph or to a piece you already own. That variation is the material, not a defect, and it is not grounds for a warranty claim. It is grounds for a return within thirty days.
10. Using this site
The text, photography and drawings on clear-bridge.store belong to us. You may not copy them for commercial use. Do not attempt to interfere with the site or to use it to place fraudulent orders.
11. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, including freight. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, for personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version live on the day you placed it. The date at the top of this page is the last change.
