This page is the formal version of the delivery page. Where the two differ, this one governs.
1. Where we ship
Street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other United States territories, Canada, any address outside the United States, or APO and FPO addresses. Freight carriers cannot deliver to a PO box.
2. When it ships
Every piece is made to order and ships 6 to 9 weeks after the order is confirmed. There is no expedited option, because the constraint is the build and the ocean, not the paperwork. You get a tracking number on the day the crate leaves.
3. What shipping costs
| 01 Dining Table, freight to the curb | $249 |
| 02 Dining Chair, parcel | $29 per order, free over $750 |
| 03 Dining Bench, freight to the curb | $149 |
| 04 Lounge Chair, parcel | $29 per order, free over $750 |
| 05 Side Table, parcel | $29 per order, free over $750 |
Freight is charged per freight piece, not per order, because a table and a set of chairs leave on different trucks with different carriers. Each one is a separate line in the cart. Parcel items are billed once per order at a flat $29, however many pieces are in it, and that charge is waived once the order total passes $750. The amount you see in the cart is the amount you pay.
4. Freight delivery, and what curbside means
The 01 Dining Table and the 03 Dining Bench travel by freight truck on a pallet or in a crate.
- The carrier calls the phone number on your order to book a delivery window. Give a number somebody answers.
- The driver brings the shipment to the curb or the end of the driveway, on a lift gate where one is needed.
- The driver does not carry the piece inside, does not take it up a stair, does not unpack it and does not remove the crate.
- Somebody over 18 has to be there to receive and sign for the shipment.
- Getting the piece from the curb into the room is yours to arrange. The 01 Dining Table breaks down to five parts. Two people can carry it in one part at a time.
5. Parcel delivery
The 02 Dining Chair, the 04 Lounge Chair and the 05 Side Table travel by parcel carrier in a wooden crate, delivered to the door. No appointment is needed and no signature is required unless you asked for one at checkout.
6. Check it on arrival
Inspect the crate before the freight driver leaves. If the crate is damaged, note it on the delivery paperwork before you sign and photograph it. That single step is what makes a damage claim straightforward. What to do next is on the returns page.
7. Addresses, refusals and failed deliveries
- Tell us about an address change before the piece ships. After it ships the carrier may charge to redirect it, and that charge is passed on at cost.
- If the carrier cannot reach you to book a window, or nobody is there for a booked window, the carrier may hold the shipment at its terminal and charge storage. That charge is passed on at cost.
- A shipment refused at the door without a damage reason is treated as a return under the return policy, and the return transport on a freight shipment is paid by the buyer.
- Check that the piece fits before you order. The doorway, the turn at the top of the stair, the elevator and the room. A 96 in top does not bend.
8. Tax and duties
Sales tax is already included in the price shown on every product page. All orders ship domestically within the United States, so there are no import duties for you to pay.
